Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We want you to enjoy your items as soon as you can! Therefore, we would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.  As orders are processed within the hour

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order has been processed, please allow 7-10 Days for shipping (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent! 

(However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)

  

Defective Product?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, FOREVA will offer a full refund but it is on the customer to pay for return shipping, the product will then be examined upon its return before the refund is fully submitted to the customer
